There's a major transit, New/Full Moon or eclipse, and you don't feel it. You experience absolutely no change in your life, but you've been reading on this blog (and others) that Influence X is a biggie.
It happens. No one is going to feel every influence that's floating around out there.
The major reasons why you may not be feeling it:
- The influence is not aspecting a planet/angle in your chart
- There's no progressions backing it up (progressions are internal shifts, transits are external)
- Something happened, but you overlooked or misinterpreted it (especially true if the influence is happening in your hidden 12th/8th Houses)
An outer planet (Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto) passing over an angle (cusp of your 1st, 4th, 7th or 10th House) will always trigger an event, expansion or ending. If this has happened and you're thinking nothing's changed...look closer.
Transits, New/Full Moons and eclipses will hit some part of your chart. And there is always an opportunity to do something with that energy, even if nothing obvious happens. Sometimes the changes will be impossible to miss. Other times, you have to take action, rather than waiting for the new relationship/job/lottery win to fall into your lap. Note that this does not include taking the same actions that failed in the past, and expecting a different result this time.
Astrology is a tool. Work with it by noting the prevailing energies, and act accordingly. If an influence passes you by, but you're happy with things as they are, enjoy the respite.
